The red-and-white lighthouse on the east shore is the lake's best-known photo motif, at its finest at sunset. Plus a promenade, a large lido and the kitesurfers at the north beach.

A small town with a listed old town and the Fishermen's Church. From spring to summer, storks nest on many roofs. Reachable by bike via the ferry from Podersdorf.

Mörbisch am See
In summer the Mörbisch Lake Festival stages operetta on the stage right by the water. The bike ferry crosses over from Illmitz.
Nature
The Lake Neusiedl–Seewinkel National Park begins on the east shore. It is known for water birds, salt pans and steppe.
