How does check-in work?
You check in yourself from 4 pm using a key box. We send you the code and detailed instructions before arrival.

Yes, a free parking space is right outside the door.
Where is booking cheapest?
A direct booking has no platform fees. You can also book the apartments via Airbnb and Booking.com.
Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes. Both apartments have a cot and high chair. Top 3 is on the ground floor, all on one level.
Is there air conditioning?
No. The apartments have heating but no air conditioning.

Visiting the website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, page visited and browser type. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short time.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
Contact
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy terms also apply. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, we process the data you enter (apartment, travel dates, number of guests, name, email, optionally phone and message) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is transmitted via our hosting provider Netlify, which stores the enquiry and forwards it to us by email. We delete the data once the enquiry has been handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Booking and external links
The booking buttons lead to Airbnb, Booking.com and our direct booking on propertypartners.at. Route links open Google Maps. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policies then apply. For direct bookings, the following applies: Property Partners privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please send requests to lakeside@propertypartners.at. You can lodge complaints with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
